Do you receive graciously?

story one

Note: Relative size of Wabbit and Froggie to the ants shows relative size of God to Man. Acts of Wabbit and Froggie depicts God’s heart for us.

In a self-centered world where people primarily look after their self-interests, we are told “giving is better than receiving”. However, giving without knowing how to receive can be self-righteous if one seeks to unknowingly prove that “I don’t need anyone’s help and I am in a better position than others.” In the same respect, some people can claim “I am the best lover. I can do anything for him/her, even die for him/her.” A great lover knows how to love and receive love. If we don’t know how to receive love, most likely we are unlovable (makes it difficult for others to love us).
